Head of the Information Policy Service of the Presidential Administration of Kyrgyzstan Daiyrbek Orunbekov met with Andrew Anderson (Andru Donalds), vocalist of the world-famous music project Enigma, who arrived in the country on an official visit.
During the meeting, Orunbekov stated that the arrival of world stars confirms Kyrgyzstan’s growing international reputation.
According to him, the country’s economic stability and development make it attractive not only for investors but also for well-known cultural figures.
«Today, Kyrgyzstan is fully open to the world. It is important for us that the country is known not only through official reports, but also through the impressions of well-known people,» he said.
The guest was introduced to Kyrgyzstan’s tourism potential, including opportunities for mountain tourism, hiking, and mountaineering.
Andrew Anderson said he was pleasantly surprised by the changes in the country and the hospitality of its people.
The two sides expressed confidence that the musician’s visit would help promote Kyrgyzstan’s image abroad and become part of its «cultural diplomacy.»
