The national youth hockey team of Kyrgyzstan took second place at the IIHF U18 Asia Cup in Bishkek. The sport’s federation announced.

In the final, the team of Kyrgyzstan lost to their opponents from Uzbekistan 2-3.

Mongolian athletes won bronze medals.

The Kyrgyz team lost to the team from Uzbekistan (2-4), then defeated Macau (15-0), Indonesia (17-1), and Mongolia (9-0).
