100 Digital Women Leaders of Kyrgyzstan program launched

Training has officially begun within the 100 Digital Women Leaders of Kyrgyzstan educational program, aimed at developing the leadership potential of female executives. The project is being implemented as part of the state program to support women’s leadership. The National Commission on State Language and Language Policy reported.

According to the commission, the program is designed for women working in the civil and municipal service, as well as those in the talent pool, and aims to develop modern management, digital, and communication skills. Participants will implement practical projects and receive mentoring support.

Aizaratbek Esenov, Head of the Digitalization and Innovation Department of the National Commission on State Language, also held a workshop, sharing his experience in using digital tools and innovative approaches.

This initiative aims to strengthen the role of women in society, promote gender equality, and improve the quality of public administration.
