Police in Bishkek have detained a man suspected of causing grievous bodily harm. The press service of the Department of Internal Affairs of Leninsky district reported.
According to the department, on March 31 at approximately 10:37 p.m., the 102 service received a report of a fight on Bobulov Street. During the conflict, one of the participants was stabbed by an unknown assailant.
A criminal case has been opened under Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Causing grievous bodily harm), and an examination has been ordered.
As a result of investigative measures, the suspect, D.M., 40, was detained. He has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek.
The investigation is currently ongoing.
