Actor Abdykalyk Akmatov awarded title of People's Artist of Kyrgyzstan

President Sadyr Japarov signed a decree conferring the honorary title of People’s Artist of the Kyrgyz Republic on theater and film actor Abdykalyk Akmatov.

As the document notes, the award was given for his significant contribution to the country’s cultural development and many years of dedicated work.

Abdykalyk Akmatov is a renowned Kyrgyz actor whose career spans theater and film. He has played dozens of roles on stage and on screen, earning recognition from audiences and the professional community.
