The Kyrgyz Republic has ratified the loan agreement with the OPEC Fund for International Development. President Sadyr Japarov signed the corresponding law.
The ratification document for the loan agreement «First Sustainable and Inclusive Growth Development Program» between the Kyrgyz Republic and the OPEC Fund for International Development was adopted by Parliament in early February. The agreement itself was signed on September 22, 2025, in Bishkek.
The Ministry of Finance has been instructed to notify the OPEC Fund for International Development of the completion of the domestic procedures required for the loan agreement to enter into force.
The law will enter into force 10 days after its official publication.
