Some residential areas to have no water on March 5, 2026

Drinking water will be shut off in Ala-Too 1 and Ala-Too 2 residential areas on March 5, 2026 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The outage is due to emergency repairs at Ala-Too water intake.

According to the Bishkek City Hall’s press service, there will be no water in residential buildings, schools, preschools, healthcare, and other social and industrial facilities.

Bishkekvodokanal municipal enterprise apologizes for the inconvenience and asks organizations and residents to stock up on drinking water in advance.
