Another Deputy Mayor of Osh city resigns

Personnel changes are ongoing at the Osh City Hall. Deputy Mayor Mirlan Kazybai uulu has been relieved of his post at his own request. The municipality’s press service announced.

According to the press service, he submitted his letter of resignation voluntarily. Mirlan Kazybai uulu served as Deputy Mayor since December 2, 2025.

It is worth noting that First Deputy Mayor Adilet Sharshenaly uulu had previously announced his resignation.

The personnel changes come amid a change in the city’s leadership. Zhanarbek Akayev was appointed the new Mayor of Osh city by presidential decree the previous day.
