New Year tree lit up on renovated central square in Talas

A ceremonial opening of the city’s central square took place in Talas following its full reconstruction. At the same time, the main New Year tree was lit up. The square was equipped with new modern lighting, the City Hall’s press service reported.

Residents and guests were congratulated on the opening of the renewed public space by the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President in the region Ermat Dzhumaev. He wished the people of Talas well-being, prosperity, unity, and harmony.

Following the completion of the renovation, the central square has become one of the main venues for festive events, creating a full-fledged New Year atmosphere in the city.
