Azamat Dzhaparov has been appointed Director of Kyzmat state institution under the Presidential Affairs Department.
Azamat Dzhaparov was born on April 15, 1989. He graduated from the Iskhak Razzakov Kyrgyz State Technical University and the Kasym Tynystanov Issyk-Kul State University.
He was Deputy Director for Administrative Issues at Infocom state enterprise under the State Registration Service. In February 2025, he was appointed First Deputy Director of Kyzmat state institution.
