Prosecutor’s office of Osh region conducted an inspection of compliance with land and property legislation.
It has been found out that the House of Culture with a land plot of 0.99 hectares, located in Zhany-Nookat village, and the stadium with a land plot of 1.75 hectares in Frunze village in Nookat district have been illegally transferred to the ownership of private individuals.
According to the press service of the supervisory authority, this property for a total of almost 157 million soms has been returned to the state.
