The State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) has returned a number of objects to state ownership:
- Tyup Inter-Collective Farm Construction Organization in Tyup village, Tyup district, with buildings and a land plot of 2.3 hectares (transferred to the balance sheet of Tyup rural administration);
- A land plot in Taldy-Suu village, Tyup district, with an area of 0.5 hectares (transferred to the balance sheet of Karkyra rural administration).
The SCNS continues to work on detection and returning illegally privatized land plots, enterprises and buildings to the state balance sheet.
