Another large district of Bishkek to be left without water for 15 hours

Another large district of the capital will be left without water for 15 hours on March 25. Bishkekvodokanal municipal enterprise reported.

Supply of drinking water to part of the capital will be stopped on March 25 from 9 a.m. till midnight. Temporary inconvenience is associated with scheduled repair work at Severny water intake and city water supply networks.

Kurenkeev, Abdrakhmanov, Elebesov, Belskaya, Saadaev streets, Molodaya Gvardiya Boulevard, Zhibek Zholu Avenue, Big Chui Canal as well as the area along Ala-Archa river will have no water. The residential areas Krasny Stroitel, Ak-Tilek, Kolmo, Altyn-Beshik and Salam-Alik will also be left without water.

Supply of water to residential buildings, schools, kindergartens, medical institutions, industrial and social service facilities will be suspended.

Bishkekvodokanal apologizes for the inconvenience and asks residents and organizations to stock up on water in advance.

The work is carried out as part of the planned maintenance of the networks in order to ensure reliable and uninterrupted water supply in the future.
