Emil Chakibaev has been appointed head of the state administration — head of Nookat district of Osh region. The order was signed by the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov.
Chakibaev Emil Akzholtoevich was born in Kok-Zhar village of Alamedin district, Chui region in 1982. From 1988 to 1998 he studied at Kok-Zhar secondary school. He graduated from the Kyrgyz National University named after Zhusup Balasagyn and the Academy of Public Administration under the President.
He began his career in 2003 as deputy chairman of Kok-Zhar peasant farm. From February to August 2004, he worked at Kok-Zhar aiyl okmotu of Alamedin district as a Leading Specialist in Real Estate and Land Resources. From August 2004 to February 2005, he worked at Lianur LLC as an economist. From February to September 2005, he worked at the Alamedin district state administration as a chief specialist.
From April to September 2007 — Chief Inspector at the Programming Department of the State Committee on Taxes and Duties of the Kyrgyz Republic. From 2007 to 2011 — Leading Specialist in Real Estate and Land Resources at Kok-Zhar aiyl okmotu of Alamedin district.
2011-2013 — Leading Specialist in Land Cadastre at Alamedin District Department for Land Management and Registration of Rights to Real Estate.
2013-2019 — twice elected head of Kok-Zhar aiyl okmotu of Alamedin district.
From September 2019 to June 2021, he worked as the First Deputy Head of Alamedin district of Chui region.
Since August 2021 — Advisor to the General Director of MAKSAT JOB LTD.
