A new Deputy Minister of Culture, Information and Youth Policy of Kyrgyzstan has been appointed. The press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reported.
Soyuzbek Nadyrbekov has taken this position. The corresponding order was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev.
Soyuzbek Nadyrbekov was born on September 16, 1990, in Myrza-Ake village, Uzgen district, Osh region.
From 2008 to 2009, he studied at the Kyrgyz-Turkish University Manas, specializing in pop vocals, and then studied at the Faculty of Oriental Studies and International Relations at the Bishkek Humanities University in 2013. From 2009 to 2012, he received knowledge at the Chung-Ang University of South Korea, graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Kyrgyzstan (master’s degree). It is noted that Soyuzbek Nadyrbekov has been studying in the graduate school of the Academy of Public Administration since 2017.
Since 2013, he worked in a travel company, an international charity foundation, the secretariat of the World Nomad Games and as a consultant to the secretariat of Respublika Ata Zhurt faction in the Parliament, was an adviser to the government plenipotentiary representative in Issyk-Kul region. He was a member of the team of the current head of state Sadyr Japarov during the election campaign in 2020-2021. He is one of the organizers of the II and III World Nomad Games.
In 2021, he held the position of Deputy Director of the State Agency for Youth Affairs, Physical Culture and Sports. From December 2021 to February 2023, he was Deputy Minister of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy.
