Zhenishbek Toktorbaev was appointed Mayor of Osh city. The corresponding decree was signed by the President Sadyr Japarov.

By another decree of the head of state, the now former mayor of the southern capital, Bakytbek Zhetigenov, became the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President in Issyk-Kul region.
