Sadyr Japarov leaves for Saudi Arabia to attend Arab-Islamic summit

President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov left for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on November 10 for a working visit. He will take part in the extraordinary joint Arab-Islamic summit, which will be held in Riyadh. The press service of the President reported.

The official delegation of the Kyrgyz Republic includes:

  • Foreign Minister Jeenbek Kulubaev;
  • Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration Muratbek Azymbakiev;
  • Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kyrgyzstan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia / Permanent Representative of Kyrgyzstan to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Ulukbek Maripov.

As it was previously reported, President Sadyr Japarov will speak at the summit and hold a number of bilateral meetings with representatives of Saudi Arabia. The summit’s agenda includes discussion of the situation in Palestine, southern Lebanon and the Middle East in general.
