An agreement was reached on the resumption of agreements providing for free treatment of Kyrgyzstanis in Turkey.
«In the field of health care, we highly appreciated the work of the Kyrgyz-Turkish Friendship Hospital in Bishkek. We proposed to consider the possibility of implementation of additional projects to create similar modern medical facilities in other regions of Kyrgyzstan,» Sadyr Japarov said.
The President noted that this hospital, equipped with modern equipment and staffed with highly qualified personnel, successfully performs complex operations, including organ transplants.
«We noted the active development of Kyrgyzstan-Turkey cooperation in the military-technical and defense spheres, its high potential for further expansion,» the head of state said.
Bilateral agreements were signed that cover a wide range of areas, such as healthcare, energy, economy and finance, agriculture, digitalization, security, culture, and many other important areas, he told.
In conclusion, the head of state expressed special gratitude to President Erdogan for the decision to write off Kyrgyzstan’s external debt to Turkey.
