The head of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) Kamchybek Tashiev proposes paying from 100,000 to 2 million soms to mothers of many children living in areas above a thousand meters above sea level. He said this while speaking at the opening of a kindergarten in Naryn.
The head of the security services noted that national security directly depends on the population. In this regard, as he noted, the authorities are planning to introduce maternity capital.
«Daughters and daughters-in-law should give birth to many children. There is no need to stop at two children. Then Kyrgyzstan will develop. Some perceive this as a joke. But this is a very serious issue. If the state has a large population, then its security will be higher. The country now has the opportunity to create conditions for young Kyrgyzstanis. We will build kindergartens, schools,» Kamchybek Tashiev said.
Thus, after consulting with the president, a decision was made to pay 100,000 soms for the fourth child, for the fifth — 600,000, for the seventh — 1 million, for the eighth and ninth — 1.5 million, for the tenth — 2 million.
Kamchybek Tashiev did not say how much would be paid for the sixth child. He emphasized that the Kyrgyz Republic needs to reach population of 20 million.
