Two state newspapers in Kyrgyzstan have new editors-in-chief

New editors-in-chief of two state newspapers have been appointed in Kyrgyzstan. The Cabinet of Ministers confirmed the information to 24.kg news agency.

Thus, Elena Zholobova has been appointed editor-in-chief of Slovo Kyrgyzstana newspaper instead of Tamara Slashcheva.

Myrzakat Tynaliev, the editor of the oldest newspaper Kyrgyz Tuusu, has also been dismissed from his post. A new editor-in-chief has not yet been appointed; his duties will be temporarily performed by the deputy editor-in-chief.
