Heating will be turned on in Bishkek from October 22. Energy Minister Taalaibek Ibraev announced at a meeting of the Committee on Fuel and Energy Complex, Subsoil Use and Industrial Policy of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan.
He noted that heating had never been turned on in the capital in October, but this year such a decision was made due to the low air temperature.
