According to forecasts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, the average monthly salary in the country in 2025 will be 38,336.9 soms, and it will grow to 43,585.2 soms by 2027. For two years, the increase, according to the Ministry of Finance, will reach 0.9 percent.
Such data are provided in the draft republican budget for 2025 and the planning periods of 2026 and 2027, which is considered by the Parliament.
The explanatory note to the draft budget states that the subsistence minimum will also increase. In 2025, it will be 8,639.1 soms, in 2026 — 9,122.9 soms, and in 2027 — 9,588.1 soms.
