The coach of the national boxing team Zhyldyzbek Niyazaliev and another victim of the accident survived, they are in a medical facility. The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reported.
According to preliminary data, citizens Y.M. (Mukash Yrsaliev) and N.Zh. (Zhyldyzbek Niyazaliev) had financial disagreements. In this regard, Mukash Yrsaliev arrived at the boxing gym, located in the 7th microdistrict of the capital, where the coach of the national boxing team and another citizen S.E. were at that time.
During the investigative activities, it was established that Mukash Yrsaliev presented his claims to Zhyldyzbek Niyazaliev, and then deliberately fired a Saiga hunting rifle, registered in his name, into the abdominal cavity of the coach. After that, the attacker shot S.E. in the leg, who tried to fight him to prevent a second shot.
An accidental shot occurred during the fight, as a result of which the attacker Mukash Yrsaliev received a fatal wound to the head and died at the scene.
The Investigative Service of the Department of Internal Affairs of Oktyabrsky district of Bishkek opened a criminal case on the fact under Article 122 «Murder» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Investigative measures are being carried out to find out all the circumstances of the incident.
N.Zh. and S.E. are in a medical facility. The investigation is under the control of the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Earlier, a source in law enforcement agencies told 24.kg news agency that the day before, unknown people broke into a boxing gym and shot at the coach of the national boxing team, Zhyldyzbek Niyazaliev. His assistant was wounded, and the attackers fled. Interception plan was announced in the capital.
The boxing gym belongs to the world boxing champion, former deputy of the Parliament Orzubek Nazarov. According to preliminary data, Mukash Yrsaliev was recently released from the pretrial detention center and came to take revenge on Zhyldyzbek Niyazaliev for the statement filed against him.
It is known that Niyazaliev contacted the State Committee for National Security and asked to take action against an acquaintance, who had fraudulently taken possession of his land plot at Dordoi market. Then the security officers detained the well-known boxing referee, deputy chairman of the presidium of the panel of referees of the national boxing team Mukash Yrsaliev and took him into custody.
