Electronic registration of citizens, who have expressed a desire to go on the Hajj to the holy places of Mecca and Medina in 2025, began today, October 7. The Spiritual Directorate of the Muslims of Kyrgyzstan (SDMK) reported.
According to the muftiyat, 3,258 people have already made an initial payment of $2,000 and a non-refundable 1,200 soms to RSK Bank to participate in the pilgrimage.
The initial payment can be made in regional, city kaziyats and district khatibiyats of the SDMK. It is impossible to register in the electronic database without making the initial payment.
Earlier, the muftiyat reported that Saudi Arabia provided 6,000 quotas for the participation of pilgrims from the Kyrgyz Republic in the Hajj 2025.
