Jeenbek Kulubaev discusses migrant issues with Russian Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan

Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan Jeenbek Kulubaev received Russian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Kyrgyz Republic Sergei Vakunov. The press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported.

The official congratulated the Ambassador on his appointment to an important and responsible mission to represent the interests of the Russian Federation in Kyrgyzstan.

The parties discussed the prospects for the development of Kyrgyz-Russian relations both bilaterally and within the framework of international organizations. Particular importance was attached to deepening cooperation in the trade, economic, investment, cultural and humanitarian spheres between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation.

In the spirit of alliance and strategic partnership, the parties also exchanged views on the schedules of visits at the highest and high levels, as well as on resolving the problems of entry of Kyrgyzstanis into the Russian Federation and the enrollment of their children in educational institutions in Moscow and Moscow Oblast.
