Kyrgyzstan and Italy signed agreements on extradition and transfer of convicts. The press service of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
During his visit to Italy, Sadyr Japarov met with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni. Following the meeting, the parties adopted a joint statement.
«In addition, a number of documents were signed: an agreement between Kyrgyzstan and Italy on extradition, an agreement between Kyrgyzstan and Italy on the transfer of convicts, an agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan and the Government of Italy on joint production of audiovisual products, and a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministries of Justice of Kyrgyzstan and Italy,» the statement says.
