As part of his official visit to the Italian Republic, the President of the Kyrgyz Republic met with representatives of the business community and cultural figures.
They discussed issues of deepening economic cooperation, attracting investments in key sectors of Kyrgyzstan, as well as developing cultural ties between the two countries.
Sadyr Japarov emphasized the importance of business and culture as tools for strengthening interstate relations and noted Kyrgyzstan’s interest in partnership with Italian entrepreneurs and investors.
He noted that Kyrgyzstan intends to comprehensively strengthen cooperation with Italy and promote joint projects and initiatives.
Representatives of business and creative circles of Italy expressed interest in developing cooperation with Kyrgyzstan, noting significant potential for interaction in such areas as trade, industry, energy, tourism and culture.
They emphasized the readiness of Italian business circles to invest in the economy of Kyrgyzstan and share advanced technologies and experience in various industries.
During the meeting, the parties noted the importance of strengthening cultural ties between the two countries, including through joint projects in the fields of art, cinema, music and theatre.
