Almost 200 students from Kyrgyzstan enter universities of Siberia

At least 199 applicants from Kyrgyzstan have entered Siberian universities for the 2024-2025 academic year, 195 people of them will study on a budget basis. The press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported.

According to it, this became possible thanks to the assistance of the Consulate General of the Kyrgyz Republic in Novosibirsk and Honorary Consuls in Omsk and Tomsk.

Among the educational institutions that admitted students from Kyrgyzstan:

• Tomsk State University, 105 students;
• Tomsk University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, 22 students;
• Novosibirsk Technical University, 30 students

and others.

In 2023, with the assistance of the Consulate General, Siberian universities also admitted 428 applicants from the Kyrgyz Republic.
