Cabinet decides to resettle residents of Temir village affected by mudflow

A decision was made at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers to resettle residents of Temir village in Issyk-Kul region, who suffered from mudflows in August 2024. Telegram channel of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Gosinfo says.

The decision is aimed at ensuring the safety and improving the living conditions of the village residents. It provides for the resettlement of citizens to safe areas and providing them with the necessary assistance and support.

On August 25, the head of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Japarov inspected Temir village in Sadyr Ake aiyl aimak, where he got acquainted with the scale of the damage and held discussions with representatives of local authorities and the Ministry of Emergency Situations on measures to eliminate the consequences.
