The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan has been instructed to optimize the procedures for processing documents regulating the stay of foreigners in the country, based on Single Window principle. The corresponding decree on optimization of migration processes was signed by the President.
«In order to further improve the system of public administration and control over migration processes, the Cabinet of Ministers has been instructed to optimize the procedures for processing documents regulating the stay of foreign citizens in the republic, based on Single Window principle and their employment in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as to review the procedure for distributing the republican quota for attracting foreign labor with the suspension of the procedures for commission review provided for by legislation in the field of external labor migration,» the statement says.
The document also provides for increased personal responsibility of heads of educational organizations for persons, who arrived with visa support from a university, and an increase in penalties for violations by persons, who invited foreign students and stateless persons to the country or who receive them, of the established procedure for their registration and processing of documents for the right to reside, stay, change the place of residence, as well as timely departure.
These measures will be implemented in a pilot mode. In case of successful integration of the project, such migration processes will be regulated by law.
