Industrial park may be opened in Kara-Balta city

Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Bakyt Torobaev met with Secretary of the Party Committee of the Communist Party of China of Shaanxi Province Zhao Yide in Xi’an (PRC). The press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reported.

According to it, the parties exchanged views on a wide range of issues of bilateral and multilateral cooperation, and also identified priorities for further cooperation.

Bakyt Torobaev especially noted the successful start of the implementation of Junda oil refinery project in Kara-Balta, emphasizing that such projects will always be supported. «The recently renovated enterprise was put into operation with the personal participation of the head of state. Your role in the implementation of this project is great. We also support the plans of Chinese investors to create an industrial park with a similar name in the same city,» he said.

In turn, Zhao Yide expressed interest in strengthening practical cooperation between Shaanxi Province and Kyrgyzstan, as well as between the regions of the province and Chui region of the Kyrgyz Republic, including the development of trade and economic ties and the establishment of business contacts between entrepreneurs of the two countries. In addition, the parties noted with satisfaction the launch of air service between Bishkek and Xi’an and agreed to continue to strengthen and expand practical cooperation in various fields.
