Former national security heads meet with Kamchybek Tashiev

Chairman of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) Kamchybek Tashiev held a meeting with veterans of the agency. The participants included former chairmen of the National Security Ministry, the National Security Service and SCNS, as well as ex-deputies with the rank of Generals. The press center of the state committee reported.

During the meeting, Tashiev presented the invitees with new identity cards of veterans of Kyrgyzstan’s security agencies. Among those who received the certificates were T.S. Aitbaev, F.S. Kulov, B.Ch. Dzhanuzakov, B.B. Tabaldiev, Sh.E. Atakhanov, T.K. Almamatov and M.J. Niyazov.

Kamchybek Tashiev familiarized the ex-heads with the current measures taken by the security bodies to ensure stability and security in the country. He also told about the work on maintaining social and economic stability and meeting the needs of labor and security veterans.

The participants of the meeting discussed topical issues of ensuring national, regional and global security, as well as the tasks facing the national security services. Special attention was paid to the implementation of reforms under the leadership of President Sadyr Japarov, promising ways to overcome global challenges and the role of veterans in this process.

The ex-heads of security services expressed their appreciation of the changes that have taken place in the country over the past four years, including the improvement of social and economic well-being and measures to ensure national security and law and order. The veterans stressed the importance of the work of the current SCNS leadership, especially in the fight against organized crime and corruption.

According to the press center, the veterans congratulated Kamchybek Tashiev on the awarding of the highest military rank of Colonel General. They expressed their readiness to support the SCNS leadership in its efforts to ensure security and stability in the country.
