Two guys beat and raped a 9-year-old girl in Barskoon village, Jety-Oguz district. The press service of the Internal Affairs Department of Issyk-Kul region confirmed the information to 24.kg news agency.
The police reported that a resident of Barskoon village contacted the Department of Internal Affairs of Jety-Oguz district on September 9, who stated that her 9-year-old daughter had been beaten and raped by two men. According to her, this happened on the same day, September 9, at about 11:30 a.m. on Kok-Sai site. Law enforcement officers opened a case under the article «Rape» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The necessary examinations have been ordered.
The police officers managed to identify the suspects and detain them. They turned out to be 25-year-old and 19-year-old natives of the same village. The Jeti-Oguz District Court took them in custody for two months. The investigation continues.
