Kyrgyzstan's Kok Boru Federation offers rematch to Kazakhstan's national team

Federation of Kok Boru of Kyrgyzstan offered Kazakhstani athletes to hold a Concord Cup on November 1 on the shore of Issyk-Kul lake. The head of the Federation Ramis Dzhunusaliev reported.

«We want to offer the Kazakh side a rematch to eliminate controversial points. We offer the athletes of the neighboring country to compete with the same composition as at the World Nomad Games 2024,» he said.

The proposal is aimed at strengthening sports ties between Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, as well as ensuring fair play.

Recall, a scuffle occurred in the final of kokpar (zher ulak) tournament at the World Nomad Games in Astana (Kazakhstan), the match was suspended. At the 13th minute of the first half, the Kyrgyzstanis made the score 3:1 in their favor.
