Public Service Centers in Kyrgyzstan will operate according to a new schedule from September 16, 2024. The Ministry of Digital Development reported.
According to it, all Public Service Centers in the country will work from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. with a lunch break from 12 to 1 p.m.
The working day is extended by one hour, which is expected to increase work efficiency and make public services more accessible to citizens.
The changes are aimed at reducing waiting time and improving the quality of service. The ministry noted that the initiative to change the working hours is part of the public services modernization program, which is being carried out in cooperation with other ministries and departments.
