Unknown people broke into a car wash in Sokuluk village, and robbed a foreigner who worked there, the press service of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Chui region reported.
The incident occurred on September 6 at about 00.10. Two guys broke into a car wash on Frunze Street in Sokuluk village and beat up a 39-year-old foreigner, who worked and lived there. They hit him with a stun gun, threatening him with a knife. The attackers took 30,000 soms and a mobile phone away and fled.
Law enforcement officers managed to identify one of the suspects and detain him. He turned out to be 27-year-old M.D., who was placed in a temporary detention facility.
The police are working to identify and detain the second participant in the crime.
