New Board of Directors elected at Kyrgyz Stock Exchange

A new Board of Directors was elected at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange (KSE). The KSE website says.

Shareholders also approved the composition of the counting commission and discussed the early termination of powers of the members of the Board of Directors of the Exchange.

By decision of the shareholders, the following members of the Board of Directors of the KSE were elected:

• Talantbek Esengulovich Omuraliev;
• Aidar Erkinbekovich Ubyshev;
• Anarkan Toktosunovna Nogoibaeva;
• Almaz Kaldarovich Tashbaev;
• Hasan Barlas Akinci;
• Arslanbek Bolotbekovich Kenenbaev;
• Nurbek Bekkulovich Elebaev;
• Medetbek Tagaibekovich Nazaraliev;
• Azamatbek Melisbekovich Abdybekov.

A Chairman was elected at the first meeting of the new Board of Directors of the KSE. By another decision of the KSE Board of Directors, the duties of the President were assigned to the Vice President of the Exchange, Aida Chodulova.

Recall, Medet Nazaraliev resigned from the post of director of KSE CJSC at his own request.
