A moulage will be used in kok-boru tournament at the World Nomad Games, which will be held in Astana (Kazakhstan). Member of the Board of the Kok Boru Federation of Kyrgyzstan Temir Kazybai said on the air of Birinchi Radio.
According to him, the carcass of a goat is traditionally used in this national game, but at the request of the organizing country a moulage will be used at the V Games.
Temir Kazybai recalled that the carcass of a goat was also used in kokpar game, but it was also replaced by a moulage. He told that, of course, the technique of the game changes a bit, but the athletes are practicing, they have experience.
«We requested a moulage, the guys practiced with a moulage, got used to it,» the representative of the federation said.
Recall, Astana will host the V World Nomad Games on September 8-14. Participation of more than 100 countries and about 4,000 people is expected. In 2014, 2016 and 2018, the World Nomad Games were held in Kyrgyzstan, in 2022 — in Turkey.
