Registration of legal entities in the form of LLCs will be carried out only online from August 27, 2024 in Bishkek and Chui region. The press service of the Ministry of Justice reported.
Applications in paper form will not be accepted.
The ministry explained that the launch of online registration of legal entities is aimed at simplifying administrative procedures and supporting entrepreneurs in their desire to develop business in the digital economy conditions.
«The registration process will become much faster and more convenient. It will be possible to apply for registration of a legal entity at any time, regardless of the working hours of the registration authority. There will be no need to visit the registration authority in person. All documents will be stored in digital format, the risk of losing documents is reduced,» the Ministry of Justice named the advantages.
