The Labor Legislation Control and Supervision Service of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration has completed its investigation into the crash of Mi-8MTV-1 helicopter in Turkey. The press service of the ministry reported.
The accident occurred on September 16, 2023. The fire helicopter that was extinguishing a forest fire crashed in a reservoir located in Izmir province.
There were three Kyrgyzstanis on board — employees of Trans Caravan KG LLC. Two were killed.
«Following the investigation of the industrial accident, the families of two victims were paid compensation in the form of a one-time payment in the amount of 5,102,246 soms each,» the Ministry of Labor reported.
