The time has come when it is necessary to go beyond the existing realities, Kyrgyzstan should declare itself to the world as an established country with great ambitions, ready to implement large-scale projects, such as the construction of Kambarata hydropower station, China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway. The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers — Head of the Presidential Executive Office Akylbek Japarov said at a staff meeting with employees of the Presidential Executive Office.
He emphasized that a new stage in the development of the country is being built, and recalled that within the framework of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Kara-Kyrgyz Autonomous Region, which became an important stage in the formation of sovereign statehood and independence of modern Kyrgyzstan, more than 100 large projects and industrial enterprises and 100 social facilities will be launched.
Akylbek Japarov noted the importance of strengthening Kyrgyzstan’s position in the sovereign ratings by Moody’s, Standard & Poor’s and Fitch.
«Our goal is to improve the country’s position in these ratings, which will open up new opportunities for investment and cooperation. We should do everything possible to ensure that the world sees the results of our reforms, progress, and aspirations for the better. This is a strategic goal that we must strive for in order to ensure stability and prosperity for the country. We should strive to be present at the platforms such as the Davos World Economic Forum, the World Government Summit in Dubai, the Boao Forum for Asia (China), which is the largest platform for dialogue between the countries of Asia and the world,» he said.
We not only can, but must bring our unique point of view and experience, demonstrating to the world our achievements and ambitions, commitment to reforms, and readiness for cooperation. This is an opportunity not only to declare ourselves, but also to establish important connections, attract investment, and achieve strategic partnership.

Let’s work so that every step we take, every decision is aimed at improving the well-being of our citizens and strengthening the country’s position on the world stage.
