The National Television and Radio Broadcasting Corporation has announced a tender for the purchase of an animated series for teaching the Kyrgyz language. The tender amount is 23 million soms.
According to the tender documentation, the animated series should be educational for viewers from 2 to 7 years old. Each plot of the animated series should be on a new topic. The songs in the cartoon should be unique and with copyright. The requirements for the quality are also high.
