A video, in which the author shows smashed trucks, was posted on the Web. According to him, the road accident occurred in Suusamyr valley, where a heavy truck and a tanker truck collided.
The press service of the Traffic Safety Department of Chui region told 24.kg news agency that the accident occurred on August 16 at about 5.50 a.m. in Suusamyr valley at the 184th kilometer of Bishkek — Osh highway.
According to preliminary data, the heavy truck was traveling in the southern direction and collided with the tanker truck traveling to the north. As a result of the collision, one driver and one passenger died at the scene. Another man was hospitalized.
The collected materials have been handed over to the investigative service for further proceedings.
