Meerim Zhumanazarova is the youngest Olympic Games medalist among all the athletes from Kyrgyzstan, who won medals at the Games.

This is the athlete’s second Olympics. In 2021, in Tokyo, she took third place and a bronze medal at the age of 21. At the age of 24, Meerim Zhumanazarova won silver at the Games in Paris.

She was born on November 9, 1999, in Pervomayskoye village, Talas region.

Sports achievements:

• Silver medalist of the Olympic Games in Paris;
• Bronze medalist of the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo;
• 2021 World Champion;
