Armenia and Kyrgyzstan have the highest consumer prices for rice among the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). The EAEU website says.
Thus, according to data for June 2024, the average consumer price of one kilogram of rice in Armenia is 223.84 soms (converted at the exchange rate of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic. — Note of 24.kg news agency). Rice is much cheaper in Kyrgyzstan, but still more expensive than in the other three EAEU countries — 149.69 soms.
The lowest rice price is in Russia — 127.79 soms. It costs 128.42 soms in Belarus, in Kazakhstan — 131.67 soms.
