The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan has determined the amount of cash rewards for athletes for their achievements at the Olympic Games in Paris. The press service of the Cabinet reported.
According to it, 10 million soms will be paid for gold, 7 million — for silver, 5 million — for bronze, as for the previous Olympic Games in Tokyo.
Thus, Zholaman Sharshenbekov, who won a bronze medal, will receive 5 million soms, and Meerim Zhumanazarova — 7 million for silver.
