The national team of Kyrgyzstan has moved up to 55^th place in the medal standings at the Olympic Games in Paris. The website of the Games says.

The day before, wrestler Meerim Zhumanazarova won a silver medal and Zholoman Sharshenbekov won a bronze medal.

Boxer Munarbek Seyitbek uulu reached the semifinals at the Olympics, securing a medal.

Kyrgyzstan will also be represented by several wrestlers and a runner Sardana Trofimova.

The U.S. team tops the rankings.

The Olympics will end on August 11.
