Kyrgyzstan exports honey to 14 countries. In January-May 2024, its export volume amounted to 144.4 tons for a total of 68,405.5 million soms. The National Statistical Committee reported.
The largest amount of honey during this period was supplied to Kuwait (32.1 tons for 7,740.1 million soms), the USA (27.8 tons for 25,254.1 million soms), China (26.7 tons for 7,995.3 million soms) and the UAE (25.7 tons for 8,653.3 million soms).
Small volumes were exported to Kazakhstan (8 tons), Japan (6.5 tons), Malaysia (5.8 tons), Qatar (3.2 tons) and South Korea (2.9 tons). Minor supplies were made to Bahrain, India, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and the UK.
