United World Wrestling published an interview with Kyrgyz wrestler Aisuluu Tynybekova.
The athlete told how many years ago she was dissuaded from wrestling.
«I’ve been in the sport for almost 14 years. Back then, I will say, the view on women’s wrestling was different. People who had nothing to do with my life were interfering, discouraging me from wrestling. They said I shouldn’t do it, that it wasn’t my thing. There were moments when I told myself: «I am not bothering anyone, I’m just doing what I like,» Aisuluu Tynybekova said.
The athlete showed her accommodation, sports hall where she trains and how she spends her free time.
