A board meeting on the results of the first half of 2024 was held at the State Committee for National Security (SCNS) with the participation of Kamchybek Tashiev. The SCNS press center reported.
Kamchybek Tashiev noted that the work of SCNS employees in the field of ensuring security, law and order and the fight against organized criminal groups has yielded great results.
The head of the SCNS stated that in six months of 2024, for the first time in history, more than 70 billion soms obtained by criminal means were detected. Of these, 50 billion soms were returned to the state budget.
Kamchybek Tashiev called for strengthening measures to combat drugs, extremism and terrorism, as well as work to ensure peace in the country and establish law and order. He set a number of other tasks for the SCNS employees.
